Before this, he had worked for more than 30 years in global, executive positions in the market-leading companies Swisslog and KNAPP-Moving – both active within the area, automatic logistics solutions.
He is now active within private equity, board work and advisement, primarily within the areas, purchasing and supply chain management.
He is one of the world’s foremost visionaries within the area, logistics and supply chain management. As early as the 1960s, Dag Ericsson foresaw the development of what is today called supply chain management. He currently carries out development within the more developed concept, Demand Chain Management.
He has been President for Oracle in Sweden and Scandinavia and has also been responsible for the European operations of the American software company, QAD.
Kjell has comprehensive experience in working with operational development within Global Supply Chain Management, Lean Production, Sourcing and Procurement in mid-size as well as ”mega-size” companies. Over the years he has carried out many change processes, both as a project manager, line manager, and as advisor to corporate management.
