Within the area, Supply Chain Management, we work broadly with different assignments, which in different ways, focus on increasing efficiency and capabilities in the supply chain network.
Here, we mobilize some of the foremost experts within SCM that are in our competence network. The character of the assignments vary, but may, for example, involve the development of a new supply strategy, analysis of flow design, making logistics functions more efficient, development of the order to delivery process and much more. We also offer Knowledge-based Outsourcing within Supply Chain Management.
